Description of the event

Vom französischen Chanson bis zu Italo-Western-Soundtracks hat sich der studierte Jurist Klaus Waldeck tausende Stile einverleibt und in jenen angejazzten Easy-Listening-Pop mit Swing und Retrocharme verwandelt, der zu seinem Markenzeichen wurde – irgendwie nostalgisch und doch so modern! Kein Wunder also, dass er monatlich über 1,1 Millionen Hörinnen und Hörer auf Spotify begeistert – das ist mehr als alle internationalen Jazz-Top-Acts! Seine Performance: ein heiterer Bruch zwischen einem klassisch-adretten Erscheinungsbild und der experimentell-elektronischen Spielart – ein Gesamtkunstwerk. Und was keiner dachte: Waldeck gibt es auch live – und zwar auf der Bühne im Steingraeber Hoftheater.
