Description of the event
Man kann nicht zwei Mal in den gleichen Fluss steigen, sagt Heraklit, „Alles Sein ist Werden.“ Man denkt an den Berliner Großflughafen und merkt: der alte Grieche hatte recht. Einem Fluss im ständigen Wandel gleicht auch Urban Priols neues Programm. Mit Argusaugen verfolgt der Kabarettist den steten Strom des politischen Geschehens, auch wenn besonders die großkoalitionäre deutsche Politik der letzten Jahre eher an einen Stausee erinnert als an ein fließendes Gewässer. Priol ist immer am Puls der Zeit, spontan und tagesaktuell spottet er oft schneller als sein Schatten denken kann. „Im Fluss“ ist wie ein Rafting-Trip, der mit rasantem Tempo über Absätze und an Felsenblöcken vorbei durch wild schäumende Stromschnellen führt.
