Das FRACANAPA NEW TANGO QUINTET überzeugt durch authentischen argentinischen Tango zwischen Nostalgie und Lebensfreude: Tango Nuevo interpretiert als wirkliche Kammermusik! Fracanapa spielt als eines der europaweit besten Tangoensembles und zeigt Piazzollas umfassendes Schaffen auch mit selten aufgeführten Werken, ersetzt in der Originalbesetzung von Astor Piazzollas "Quinteto Tango Nuevo" die E-Gitarre mit dem Vibraphon. So entsteht ein neuer Raum für jazzige Improvisationen und faszinierende Klangfarben. Eine Brücke zum "TANGO VON MORGEN" sind die Kompositionen der Bandoneoni Judith Brandenburg und des Pianisten Gabriel Núñez.
