Description of the event
Die Bürger der Gemeinde Dornstein sind sehr aufgebracht: Die Trasse der geplanten Lokalbahn soll an ihrem Ort vorbeigeführt werden. Bürgermeister Rehbein will mutig den Minister zur Rede stellen. Bei seiner Rückkehr aus dem Ministerium wird er euphorisch als Held gefeiert, der die Interessen der Gemeinde tapfer gegen die Bürokraten in der Hauptstadt vertreten hat. Doch nach dem ersten Überschwang entstehen Zweifel – und die Befürchtung, dass der Bürgermeister zu weit gegangen ist.
