Description of the event
Die Widersacher machen so etwas wie avantgardistischen feingeistigen Schnupftabak – Blues und besetzen eine Lücke, von der bisher nicht mal wusste, dass sie existiert. Ihre Musik mäandretiert zwischen düsteren Nebellandschaften und sonnendurchfluteten Stimmungen mit einer überraschenden Leichtigkeit und lässt insbesondere Live groovelastige Woodstock-Vibrations durch den Hypophysenlappen wabern. Mit diesem Stil gewann die Formation unter anderem den Heimatsoundwettbewerb von Bayern 2, durfte im Passionstheater Oberammergau, im Volkstheater München oder im Herzkasperlzelt auf der „Oidn Wiesn“ spielen. Seit geraumer Zeit ist die Band bei „ F.A.M.E. Recordings“ unter Vertrag; einem Label, bei dem auch Werner Schmidbauer, Hannes Ringlstetter oder Pam Pam Ida ihre Platten veröffentlichen.
