Description of the event

Pippo Pollina, der vielseitige sizilianische Musiker, ist als einer der kreativsten Künstler in der europäischen Singer-Songwriter-Szene seit mehr als dreißig Jahren unterwegs. Unzählige Plattenproduktionen, internationale Tourneen, prestigeträchtige Kollaborationen verleihen ihm einen besonderen Status, den er sich durch Kontinuität und Engagement sowohl im Studio als auch live auf der Bühne erarbeitet hat.

Mit nun 60 Jahren verspürt Pippo Pollina nun das Bedürfnis diesen Meilenstein mit einem Solo-Konzert in einem intimen Rahmen auf seine eigene Weise zu feiern: Allein auf der Bühne, nur mit Gitarre oder am Klavier sitzend mit seiner ausdrucksstarken Stimme, die mit zunehmender Reife noch mehr an Intensität gewonnen hat.
