Description of the event
Souverän ist, wer über den Ausnahmezustand entscheidet. – Carl Schmitt war auch so ein Großmaul, sonst wäre er nicht Görings Eierlikör geworden. Deutschlands ärgster Advokat schrieb den berühmten Satz 1928, seitdem kauen wir drauf rum. Kaum hundert Jahre später ist an jeder Ecke Ausnahmezustand – aber wer ist souverän?
Die einen sagen so, die anderen: das Volk, die Wahrheit liegt wie immer ganz woanders. Mathias Tretter findet sie mal wieder bei Freund Ansgar: „Bekifft sein ist Ausnahmezustand, und ich hab’ mich für ihn entschieden.“
Der Demokratie mag die Herrschaft allmählich abhanden kommen, deshalb muss man noch lange nicht die Selbstbeherrschung verlieren. Es sei denn, man nässt sich ein vor Lachen – aber ist das nicht das Souveränste überhaupt?
