Description of the event

Was für eine Geschichte! Vor einem Vierteljahrhundert gründete Andreas Ernst als Musiklehrer am Joseph-von-Fraunhofer-Gymnasium einen Lehrerchor. Genau acht Sängerinnen und Sänger standen damals auf der Bühne und sangen beim Frühjahrskonzert der Schule „Mein kleiner grüner Kaktus“. 2025 führt dieser Chor mit knapp 80 Sängerinnen und Sängern eines der anspruchsvollsten Chorwerke der Musikgeschichte auf: die Johannespassion von Johann Sebastian Bach. Und was ist auf diesem Weg nicht alles passiert… Im Langhaussaal der Stadt Cham lassen wir die Erfolgsgeschichte Revue passieren. Veranstalter ist der Chor Lehra und Mehra, gesponsert wird der Abend von der Weindl + Heut Ingenieur GbR.
