Description of the event

Lucks, Schlichting und Marien sind die Miniatur-Ausgabe einer Brass Band: Ihre kompakte Größe transzendieren sie mit einem rauen, überschäumenden Sound, den man von einem viel größeren Ensemble erwarten würde. Sie jonglieren mit wechselnden Rollen zwischen Rhythmus und Melodie und durchqueren so eine betörende Landschaft aus Free Jazz, Funk, Punkrock und New Orleans Brass Band. Gemeinsam öffnen sie ihre eigenen Stücke in alle Richtungen, angetrieben von einer Mischung aus improvisatorischem Schwung und bestens verzahnten Grooves.
