Description of the event

Der Autor (Jg. 1964) verbrachte nach seinem Studium mehrere Jahre in Schottland und Wales mit anschließender literaturwissenschaftlicher Promotion. Seit Ende der 1990er Jahre publiziert er Gedichte, Romane, kürzere Prosa und Essays. Er ist Mitglied der Bayerischen, Sächsischen und Sudetendeutschen Kunst-Akademien sowie des PEN-Zentrums Deutschland. Sein Schaffen wurde unter anderem mit dem Eichendorff-Literaturpreis und dem Andreas-Gryphius-Ehrenpreis ausgezeichnet. "Das Buch [Eschenhaus, 2023] ist ein Meisterstück [...].
